Gundog Trainer & Breeder

Welcome to Racomitrium Gundogs, a small non-commercial family kennels in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, run by Paul and Jo Gripton.

We offer gundog training whether for the pet gundog, shooting field or to field trial standard. 1:2:1, group lessons, cold game, beating, picking up, hunting, retrieving, launcher & working test preparation workshops, residential training is also available.

 

We also offer obedience training, puppy training & problem solving for all breeds of pet dogs.

​

We breed our own line of Kennel Club registered, health and DNA tested English Springer Spaniels.

​

We occasionally have puppies, part and fully trained dogs for sale. We also offer a gundog finder service.

 

We are fortunate to have a 25 acre training ground (available to hire, maximum groups of 6), with cover crop, legume mix, grasses, ditches, lake (with easy entry), river, retrieving lanes, jumping pen's & two 1/3 acre secure training pen's (available to hire) and access to woodland.
